BB&T is the 16th largest bank in the US as measured by assets under management. BB&T is headquarted in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. It trades under the stock symbol "BBT" on the New York Stock Exchange.

They are a large financial conglomorate with a large investment bank business, insurance as well as retail banking. Goldman Sachs is an investment bank that provides securities, asset management, brokerage and securities underwriting. They do not have retail banking branches like the many of the other US Banks. They are traded under the symbol "GS" on the New York Stock Exchange.

They are traded under the symbol "JPM".

They have a lot of work to do on the social media side as they have very few followers and trail all of the other banks on the social media front and probably need to look at improving their social media game.
